Patient education and Rehabilitation.

Maintaining and updating , Patients diet, instruments and equipments to be sent for sterilizing and Auto claying , receiving indents and stock management , patients record and reports, Protocol and policy files of the Unit .

Gathering information of serious patients need of extra care e.g. CVA with bedsore, tracheotomy , major Surgery patient- tracheotomy with intercostals drainage , HIV patient with complication etc. maintaining barriar nursing which are followed by our staff nurses. Critically ill patients are shifted to I.T.U./I.C.U./ I.C.C. U along with doctor's advice.

Assisting and supervising in procedures required to be done in the Cardiac unit (plural tapping , Temp Pacing , Dressing , Arterial line or CVP line insertion etc. and management of Cardiac Arrest).

Supervising and assisting the staff in giving nursing care to the patients on Ventilators, Open Chest, IABP, Critically ill, long term patients, Pediatrics and Neonates.

Holding bedside demonstrations, case presentations and In-service classes.

Conducting and assessing yearly CPR test of the Junior Staff Nurses.
